Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items showing signs of wear or use may only qualify for a partial refund. To start a return, first contact us at info@mintsport.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • For orders within the USA, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label at our cost.
  • For international orders, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Promotions, Gifts, and Bundled Offers

If an item being returned formed part of a bundled promotion, all items in the bundle must be returned in full or the full retail value of any unreturned items may be deducted from the refund amount.

If a promotional gift or bonus item is included with a purchase, it is provided on the condition that the qualifying purchase is retained. If a refund is requested, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the gift from the refund amount or require that the gift be returned in its original condition.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom or personalized products. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out before purchasing.

Refunds 

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@mintsport.com.

Paddle Warranty

Mint paddles come with a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing or material defects that affect normal use of the product. We’ll repair or replace any item that qualifies under these terms.

To remain eligible, products must be used under normal conditions, must not have been disassembled, modified, or repaired by unauthorized personnel, and must not show signs of misuse or artificial damage.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage resulting from accidents, improper use, repairs, modifications, or natural disasters.

To request warranty service, please contact info@mintsport.com with your proof of purchase, a description of the fault, and supporting photos or video. Our technical team will assess the claim and arrange repair or replacement if approved.
