This is the one the name promises. The Carbon Flow Foam is our purest expression of Gen4 technology — no honeycomb at all, just an engineered EPP foam heart locked into a full-perimeter EVA suspension ring.

At the center of the Carbon Flow Foam's 16 mm core sits a solid EPP foam hitting zone — the material of choice for control, because it extends the ball's contact time on the face and gives you longer dwell to shape spin and placement. A full EVA halo runs the complete perimeter, meeting the center along a serrated, gear-tooth interface that mechanically interlocks the two. That geometry distributes impact energy evenly across the whole face, enlarging the sweet spot while adding power at the edges of the strike zone. With no honeycomb cells to crush, there is no core crush and no fade — it plays the same in month twelve as it does out of the box. Swing weight 119.4, twist weight 6.16, with VibraReduce™ in the handle.

What's Inside?

A solid EPP foam heart is the material of choice for control — it extends the ball's contact time on the face, giving you longer dwell to shape spin and placement. A full-perimeter EVA suspension halo meets the center along a serrated, gear-tooth interface that mechanically interlocks the two, distributing impact energy evenly across the whole face to enlarge the sweet spot while adding power at the edges of the strike zone.

With no honeycomb cells to crush, there is no core crush and no fade — the Carbon Flow Foam plays the same in month twelve as it does out of the box. A swing weight of 119.4 and a twist weight of 6.16 balance maneuverability with stability, and VibraReduce™ in the handle keeps every session comfortable.

Paddle Care
  • Never leave your paddle in a hot car — especially not on the dashboard. Extreme heat can damage the core, face and adhesives, potentially causing warping or delamination and permanently affecting performance.
  • Store your paddle at room temperature in a cool, dry place when not in use, and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
  • Once your paddle is clean and completely dry, store it in a paddle cover to help protect the face and edges from scratches, dings and everyday damage.
  • Apply paddle edge tape and replace it when worn to help protect your paddle from chips and scrapes caused by accidental court or ground contact.
  • After play, gently wipe dirt, sweat and grit from your paddle with a clean, soft cloth. Keep a court towel in your bag to dry your hands and grip between games and help keep moisture off your paddle.
  • Clean your paddle face regularly with a paddle eraser to lift ball residue, dust and grime from the textured surface and help keep it performing at its best.
  • Keep your grip clean and dry, and replace it once it starts to feel worn, slick or compressed. Fresh grip tape helps maintain a secure, comfortable connection to your paddle.
  • Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners or soaking your paddle, as these may damage the surface or finish.
  • Never leave your paddle lying face-down on wet, dirty or abrasive surfaces.

Feel every ball.

CARBON FLOW FOAM

The Carbon Flow Foam is our purest full-foam Gen 4 paddle — an EPP foam heart locked into a full EVA suspension ring, with no honeycomb in the hitting zone. The ball sinks in, the face holds it a beat longer, then the foam returns it with quiet, confident control. Raw T700 carbon. VibraReduce™ comfort built in.

Unidirectional Toray T700 carbon fiber

Generates maximum spin.

Torsion Locking Layer

A precision fiberglass layer bonds the core to the carbon fiber face,
increasing structural rigidity for more consistent performance.

EVA Halo

A full EVA suspension halo and VibraReduce™ handle damping soften and hush every strike for plush, quiet comfort.

EPP Foam

The soft EPP center holds the ball on the face a fraction longer, giving you extra contact time to place drops and shape spin.

Frequently asked questions

  • Who is the Carbon Flow Foam for?

Touch and control players who win with placement rather than power. If your game runs on drops, dinks, resets, and spin, this is your paddle.

  • What makes it a true Gen 4 paddle?

There's no honeycomb in the hitting zone — just a solid EPP foam center inside a full EVA suspension ring. No cells to crush or soften, so you get consistent feel and no dead spots for the life of the paddle.

  • Why does it feel so controlled?

The soft EPP center extends the ball's contact time on the face. That extra dwell is what lets you shape spin and place drops precisely — the signature strength of a full-foam control core.

  • What is the interlocking core?

The EPP center and EVA halo meet along a serrated, gear-tooth interface that mechanically locks them together. It spreads impact energy evenly across the face, enlarging the sweet spot and adding response toward the edges.

  • What comes in the box?

Your Carbon Flow Foam paddle, SiliGrip Ringz™ already fitted onboard, a free protective neoprene cover, and a 1-year warranty when you register within 30 days.
